We manufacture PVC edge banding from 0.4mm to 3mm thickness. Standard thicknesses in stock include 0.4mm, 0.45mm, 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, and 3mm. Thickness tolerance is ±0.02mm. Custom thickness can be arranged for orders above 5,000 meters per thickness.
The standard MOQ is 500 meters per color for most stock PVC edge banding products. There is no minimum for free sample rolls (1–2 meters per color). Custom Pantone-matched colors have a MOQ of 2,000–5,000 meters. Mixed-SKU container orders are welcome with a minimum of 500 meters per individual color.

Provide a color chip, physical sample, or color code and our color team will produce a sample within 7–10 business days.
Stock colors ship within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Custom colors and large-volume orders take 15–25 business days production. Sea freight transit from Ningbo or Shanghai to the Middle East is approximately 18–25 days; to Europe 25–35 days; to North America 30–40 days.
Yes. JINYOU provides full OEM and private label production: custom back-side core color, branded paper inserts, custom cardboard cores, exclusive color lock-in agreements, and private label labeling.
