Yes. JINYOU maintains matching files for all major board manufacturers' decors. Provide the board brand name and decor code (e.g. Egger H3335, Kronospan 8627) and we will supply a physical matching sample for your approval before bulk production. We stock the majority of Egger, Kronospan, and Sonae wood grain decors.
EIR (Embossed In Register) is a production process where the embossed surface texture is synchronized precisely with the printed wood grain pattern. This means the physical texture of the board surface aligns with the visual grain lines, creating a realistic 3D wood effect similar to real timber. EIR is the premium option for kitchen fronts and high-end furniture where visual realism is important.
Yes. Wood grain PVC edge banding is available in matte, semi-gloss, and satin finishes. Matte (15–25 GU gloss units) gives the most natural wood appearance and is increasingly preferred for modern furniture. Specify the desired gloss level when ordering. Super matte wood grain (under 5 GU) is also available — see our super matte edge banding page.
For standard chipboard and MDF furniture production using 18mm boards, 0.5mm and 1mm thicknesses are most common. 0.5mm is used for high-speed production lines where minimal thickness is preferred. 1mm is used where a more durable, chip-resistant edge is needed. 2mm is used for solid-looking thick panel edges and worktops.
Stock decors (popular Egger/Kronospan matches): 500m MOQ, 3–5 days shipping. Custom decor matching from physical sample: 15–25 business days for sample production and approval, then 15–25 days bulk production. MOQ for custom decors is typically 1,000–2,000m depending on complexity.
