JINYOU manufactures Celuka PVC board (co-extruded hard surface PVC foam board) with a dense PVC skin co-extruded over a foam core. Density 0.60–0.80 g/cm³. Superior surface hardness, scratch resistance, and screw-holding capacity make Celuka the preferred board for furniture panels, bathroom cabinets, and marine interiors.

Celuka hard surface grade is specified wherever a board must combine structural rigidity, a durable finished surface, and full moisture resistance.
Cabinet doors, shelving, drawer fronts, and furniture backs. Holds screws firmly and resists surface scratching in daily use.
Vanity units, shower enclosure panels, and kitchen cabinet doors. Completely waterproof and impervious to steam and humidity.
Boat cabin panels, galley furniture, locker doors and interior trim. Resistant to salt air, moisture and marine environments.
Caravan walls, motorhome furniture, and vehicle interior cladding. Lightweight yet rigid. Unaffected by condensation or temperature cycling.
Hospital wall cladding, clean room panels, and medical cabinetry. Smooth surface is easy to disinfect and resists chemical cleaning agents.
Exterior wall cladding, fascia boards, soffit panels, and outdoor structural panels requiring maximum weathering resistance.
Celuka PVC board is a co-extruded expanded PVC foam sheet with a hard, dense PVC skin co-extruded simultaneously over a foam core. The hard outer skin (0.5–1.5mm thick) gives significantly better surface hardness (Shore D 70–80), scratch resistance, and screw-holding than free foam grade. Overall density is 0.60–0.80 g/cm³. The name "Celuka" refers to the original patented co-extrusion process and is now used generically for this class of hard surface PVC foam board.
Celuka board is primarily used in applications requiring a hard, durable surface: furniture cabinet doors and shelves, bathroom and kitchen vanity panels, marine interior cladding, RV and vehicle interior panels, hospital and clean-room wall cladding, and exterior construction cladding. It is the preferred PVC foam board grade wherever surface durability, screw-holding, and structural rigidity matter.
Komatex (Kommerling) and Celtec (Vycom) are proprietary brand names for co-extruded hard surface PVC foam board sold in European and North American markets at brand premiums. JINYOU manufactures a Chinese equivalent with the same co-extrusion process, comparable density (0.60–0.80 g/cm³), and co-extruded hard skin. Free samples and third-party test reports are available for direct comparison before ordering.
Yes. Celuka's dense co-extruded skin provides better outdoor durability than free foam grade. Water absorption is less than 0.5% — the board will not rot, warp, or corrode. For high-UV tropical/desert climates specify the UV-stabilised version. For marine use, Celuka is the standard recommendation as the denser skin is more impermeable and resistant to salt-air corrosion.
JINYOU supplies Celuka board from 3mm to 25mm. The most commonly used thicknesses for furniture and structural applications are 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm. For marine interior cladding, 5mm and 8mm are common. Custom thickness orders are available for volumes of 5,000 m² or more.
Standard MOQ is 1,000 m² per color/thickness. Trial orders from 200 m² are accepted. Stock sizes ship within 5–7 business days. Custom thickness or custom color orders take 15–25 business days. Sea freight from Ningbo to Middle East approximately 20 days; to Europe approximately 30 days.
