What thickness of PVC edge banding do you manufacture?
We manufacture PVC edge banding in thicknesses of 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm. Ultra-thin laser edge banding at 0.3mm is also available for zero-joint applications. Custom thicknesses can be produced on request.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 meters per color for PVC edge banding, 1 pallet for PVC foam board, and 200kg per batch for hot melt adhesives. We offer flexible MOQs for new customers and sample orders — contact us to discuss your requirements.
Are your PVC edge banding rolls compatible with Homag, Biesse, and SCM machines?
Yes. Our PVC edge banding is manufactured to be fully compatible with all major edge banding machine brands including Homag, Biesse, SCM, IMA, Felder, Brandt, and all other automatic and semi-automatic edge banding machines globally.
Can you match custom colors or textures for PVC edge banding?
Yes, we offer full custom color matching using Pantone and RAL reference systems, as well as texture matching to your board surface. We can also produce synchronized pore textures for wood grain designs. Sample approval before bulk production is standard.
What is the difference between EVA and PUR hot melt adhesive?
EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) adhesive is thermoplastic, re-meltable, and cost-effective — ideal for standard woodworking. PUR (polyurethane reactive) adhesive cures by reacting with ambient moisture, creating a permanent, waterproof, heat-resistant bond. PUR is recommended for kitchen, bathroom, and exterior applications.
What is PVC foam board used for?
PVC foam board is used in furniture manufacturing (cabinet carcasses, shelving), construction (wall panels, partitions), signage and advertising (print substrates, display boards), marine interiors, and anywhere a lightweight, waterproof, rot-resistant alternative to plywood or MDF is needed.
Do you offer ISO-certified quality control?
Yes. Our manufacturing facility operates under ISO 9001 quality management standards. All products undergo rigorous batch testing before shipment, including thickness tolerance checks (±0.05mm), color consistency verification, peel strength testing, and dimensional accuracy inspection.
What are your shipping and lead times to Europe and North America?
Standard production lead time is 15–25 days after order confirmation. Sea freight to Europe takes approximately 25–35 days; to North America 20–30 days. Express air freight is available for urgent orders. We handle full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
Is PVC edge banding waterproof?
Standard PVC edge banding is water-resistant — it will not absorb moisture or swell like wood-based edge banding. For fully waterproof applications (e.g. outdoor furniture or wet areas), we recommend our 2mm+ thick PVC edge banding with PUR hot melt adhesive for a sealed, moisture-proof joint.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are free of charge — we provide color swatches, edge banding rolls (1–2m per color), and foam board cut samples at no cost. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit) for large orders, Western Union, and PayPal for sample payments. Standard terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. We also work with trade assurance platforms for new customers who prefer third-party payment protection.
What is the difference between free foam PVC board and Celuka (hard surface) PVC board?
Free foam PVC board has a uniform foam structure throughout — lower density (0.3–0.5 g/cm³), lighter weight, and ideal for signage, display boards, and digital printing substrates. Celuka PVC board uses a co-extrusion process to form a hard, dense skin over a foam core — higher density (0.55–0.8 g/cm³), better screw-holding strength, smoother paintable surface, and suitable for structural cabinetry, marine panels, and outdoor cladding.
Do you produce fire-retardant PVC foam board?
Yes. We manufacture fire-retardant PVC foam board certified to DIN 4102 B1 (schwer entflammbar — hard to ignite) and B2 standards. B1-rated board is required for public buildings, shopping centers, airports, and transit facilities in Germany and many EU markets. Fire-retardant grades are available in standard white, 1–25mm thickness, and 1220×2440mm or 1560×3050mm sheet sizes.
Can you produce custom sizes or thicknesses of PVC foam board?
Yes. In addition to standard sheet sizes (1220×2440mm and 1560×3050mm), we can produce custom-width panels and non-standard thicknesses on request.
