About Co-Extrusion Board

What is the difference between co-extrusion board and regular PVC foam board?

Co-extrusion board has a dense, hard PVC skin co-extruded onto the foam core during manufacturing. This gives Shore D 75–85 hardness vs. Shore D 55–65 for free-foam PVC. The result is better screw retention, scratch resistance, and paint adhesion.

What thickness of co-extrusion board does JINYOU manufacture?

We manufacture co-extrusion board from 3mm to 25mm. Common stock thicknesses include 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 18mm. Custom thicknesses are available for large orders (MOQ applies).

What is the MOQ for co-extrusion board?

Standard MOQ is 1,000 m² per color/thickness. Trial orders accepted from 200 m². Custom colors have a MOQ of 2,000 m².

Can co-extrusion board be painted?

Yes. The hard skin surface offers excellent adhesion for PU, acrylic, and 2K paints without primer. Surface preparation with light sanding (180 grit) is recommended for best results.

What is the lead time and shipping?
