Co-extrusion board has a dense, hard PVC skin co-extruded onto the foam core during manufacturing. This gives Shore D 75–85 hardness vs. Shore D 55–65 for free-foam PVC. The result is better screw retention, scratch resistance, and paint adhesion.
We manufacture co-extrusion board from 3mm to 25mm. Common stock thicknesses include 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 18mm. Custom thicknesses are available for large orders (MOQ applies).
Standard MOQ is 1,000 m² per color/thickness. Trial orders accepted from 200 m². Custom colors have a MOQ of 2,000 m².
Yes. The hard skin surface offers excellent adhesion for PU, acrylic, and 2K paints without primer. Surface preparation with light sanding (180 grit) is recommended for best results.
