JINYOU manufactures fire retardant PVC foam board in B1 and B2 classifications with certified third-party test reports. Meets building code requirements for interior cladding, public spaces, and transport interiors. All other properties — waterproof, zero formaldehyde, lightweight — remain unchanged. Certificates available for specification submission.
GB 8624 standard. Equivalent to EN 13501-1 Class B and Class C. SGS / Intertek certificates available on request.

Building codes and fire safety regulations in many countries mandate certified fire retardant materials for these applications.
Interior wall cladding, ceiling panels, and partition walls in offices, schools, hospitals, and government buildings.
Guest room panels, corridor cladding, and lobby fit-out where hospitality fire codes require B1 classified panels.
Bus and rail interior cladding, subway station fit-out, and airport interiors subject to transport fire regulations.
Retail fit-out, mall interior panels, and tenant partition walls where mall operators require B1 certified materials.
Trade show booth construction in exhibition venues that mandate fire retardant materials per venue rules.
School and university interior panels, laboratory cladding, and student accommodation where education building codes apply.
JINYOU fire retardant PVC foam board is available in B1 (highly flame retardant) and B2 (flame retardant) classifications per GB 8624 Chinese standard, equivalent to EN 13501-1 Class B and Class C respectively. Third-party certificates from SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas are available on request with each order.
B1 fire rating means the material is self-extinguishing and will not sustain combustion when the ignition source is removed. It is required in high-occupancy buildings, public transport, and locations with strict fire codes. B2 means the material has limited flame spread and reduced smoke generation — suitable for many commercial and residential applications where fire codes do not mandate the higher B1 classification.
Standard PVC foam board is inherently self-extinguishing due to the chlorine content of PVC — it will not sustain a flame when the ignition source is removed. However, standard grade does not carry a formal B1 or B2 test certificate. For applications where a building code or project specification requires a documented fire certificate, you must specify JINYOU's fire retardant certified grade.
Yes. Fire retardant grade PVC foam board is cut, routed, drilled, and bonded using exactly the same methods as standard grade. Circular saws with carbide blades, CNC routers, jigsaws, and hand tools all work normally. The fire retardant additives do not affect cutting behavior, machinability, or bonding performance.
Fire retardant grade carries a premium of approximately 15–25% over standard grade, reflecting the cost of additional flame-retardant additives and third-party fire testing. Contact JINYOU with your exact thickness, sheet size, grade (B1 or B2), and quantity for a formal FOB quotation.
Yes. Fire test certificates are provided with each order and can be used for building permit applications, architect specifications, and customs clearance.
