The bonding side needs a primer system validated with the actual white PUR adhesive, substrate and machine temperature window.
Unglued construction

Can PVC edge banding be painted after application?
It may be possible with a suitable surface construction and coating process, but paint adhesion is not automatic. Approve a cleaned, primed, painted and cured door-edge sample.
Does the backside need primer for white PUR hot melt?
A compatible bonding-side primer is normally part of the evaluation. Confirm the actual primer, PUR grade, substrate, temperature window and line trial together.
Is this pre-glued edge banding?
No. The described trial uses unglued PVC material with PUR applied by the edgebander.
Can JINYOU supply 45 mm width and about 300 m rolls?
Submit them as requested project specifications. Current manufacturability, tolerance, core, splice policy, packing and MOQ require written confirmation.
Will it run on a HUAHUA HH-506?
Use the model as a line-trial reference, not an automatic compatibility guarantee. Confirm glue unit, temperatures, speed, pressure, trimming and sample results.
What thickness should an interior-door factory choose?
