Melamine paper edge banding is a thin decorative paper-based tape used to cover exposed furniture-panel edges. It is a different product family from thicker extruded PVC, ABS, acrylic or PET edge banding.
Pre-glued or unglued

Is melamine paper edge banding the same as PVC edge banding?
No. Melamine paper tape is a thinner paper-based edge solution. PVC edge banding is an extruded thermoplastic product with different thickness, processing and performance options.
Can melamine paper edge banding be supplied pre-glued?
Pre-glued is an inquiry option. Send the board, application method, machine or manual process and required activation conditions so sales can confirm a suitable sample.
What tape width should I use for 18 mm particle board?
The width must include the required trimming allowance. Confirm the edgebander setup and approved sample; 21 mm may be requested for a project, but it is not treated as a universal rule.
Can I order 0.4 mm or 0.8 mm thickness?
