PVC Edge Banding & Board Sample Collection

JINYOU supplies PVC edge banding and PVC foam board, with complementary surface materials and LED mirror accessories for furniture and interior projects. This digital sample collection brings together decorative finishes, board constructions and mirror options for preliminary material selection.

PVC Edge Banding: Colours, Textures & Primer Backs

PVC Edge Banding: Colours, Textures & Primer Backs

Solid colours, wood grain, stone, fabric and metallic-effect finishes offer different surface appearances. GHG, HG and M sample references retain their full suffix: a shared colour number does not make two finishes interchangeable. The decorative face, colour-matched body and primer-coated reverse are separate parts of the edge banding construction.

PVC Foam Board & WPC Board

PVC Foam Board & WPC Board

Compare free-foam PVC board, Celuka board and laminated panel options by application. JINYOU offers 5-25 mm free-foam PVC board for printing projects; ink adhesion depends on the ink system, surface preparation and print trial. Celuka has a denser surface skin and should be assessed separately. WPC and PVDF-faced WPC options are also available for project discussion.

LED Mirrors & Touch-Control Accessories

LED Mirrors & Touch-Control Accessories

Round, rectangular, capsule, oval, arched and organic mirror shapes can be considered with LED lighting and touch controls. Confirm dimensions, glass specification, controller functions, electrical requirements and applicable test documents for the selected model before ordering.

Hot melt adhesives

3D packaging and colors are illustrative. Confirm the model, current TDS/SDS and actual production trial. Modified granular PUR references are not a substitute for confirming a reactive PUR system.

Material Selection Questions

Is the primer back the same as a pre-glued edge band?

No. Primer is a backing treatment that supports the intended bonding system. It is not the hot-melt adhesive layer. Confirm the edge band, adhesive, board surface and machine settings together through a bonding trial.

Do the bending and bonding animations prove product performance?

No. They illustrate material layers and handling only. They do not establish bend cycles, peel strength, service life, certification or a pass result. Request sample-specific test documents and agree on acceptance criteria.

What is needed for a sample or quotation request?

Include the full model reference and suffix, material type, width, thickness, finish, quantity and application. For boards, add sheet size and intended processing; for mirrors, add size and required functions. Price, availability and delivery terms require sales confirmation.
