Line to Loading

A finished surface is only one part of a material order. What happens after cutting, before the carton closes, and at the loading dock also deserves a clear discussion.

Here are five questions to bring to your next JINYOU inquiry.

1. What goes inside the edge-band carton?

Confirm your PVC edge-band finish reference, width, thickness and quantity. Ask how individual rolls will be bagged and how the cartons will be closed, grouped and identified for your order.

2. How will the board stack be protected?

Include your required sheet dimensions and thickness in the PVC foam-board packing discussion. Ask about full support beneath the stack, edge protection, top protection and the proposed pallet arrangement.

3. Which cut edge will you accept?

A surface sample and a cut-edge sample answer different questions. Share the intended application and cutting requirements, then agree which sample and acceptance points will be used for the actual order.

4. What needs confirming for PUR in 20 kg pails?

State your bonding application when discussing PUR hot melt adhesive. Confirm the proposed product grade, small 20 kg metal-pail format and order-specific packing. Use the actual product technical and safety documents for handling and process requirements.

5. Where does PVC film fit in the mixed load?

Bring the decorative-film finish reference, roll requirements, board quantities, edge-band quantities and destination into one inquiry. Ask how roll ends and surfaces will be protected and how different packages will be supported in the loading plan.
