EVA to Export
A useful adhesive inquiry starts with the application, not just a product name. Bring your machine and material details into the same conversation as your packing requirements.
Here are five questions for your next JINYOU material inquiry, starting with EVA hot melt adhesive.
All images are AI-generated product and process illustrations, not photographs of a real factory, production batch or shipment. Samples, specifications and packing must be confirmed for each order.
1. What should an EVA inquiry include?
For EVA hot melt adhesive, send your machine model, board material, edge material, intended application and required quantity. Include your current adhesive grade if available.
Ask for the proposed grade's current technical and safety data sheets. Agree a sample evaluation on your own materials before committing to a volume order. The pictured pellets and packaging are illustrative, not a grade specification.

2. How will edge-band rolls be packed?
Specify the decor reference, width, thickness and quantity of PVC edge banding. Discuss individually bagged rolls, internal carton separation, closed cartons and the proposed pallet arrangement.
Ask how cartons will be identified so your receiving team can match them to the agreed order.

3. What will protect the board stack?
Provide PVC foam-board sheet dimensions and quantity together with the loading destination. Discuss support beneath the stack, top protection, corner protection and pallet wrapping.
A packing illustration is a starting point for discussion. The actual packing plan needs agreement for the order and route.

4. Which surface details matter?
Share the finish reference and intended use. State whether you require protective film, and agree the surface and cut-edge sample to be checked.
A close-up can help explain the requirement; the accepted physical sample and order specification remain the reference.

5. What needs confirming for PUR?
For PUR hot melt adhesive, describe the bonding application and request the suitable grade's current documents. Confirm the small 20 kg metal-pail format and order-specific outer packing.
EVA and PUR inquiries should identify the required adhesive family clearly. Do not treat a packaging image as proof that a grade suits your equipment.

Make the next inquiry clearer
Send these details together:
- Application, machine model and adhesive family
- Board and edge-material references
- Dimensions, quantities and loading destination
- Sample evaluation and packing requirements still to be agreed
Mark anything unconfirmed as pending. Ask JINYOU about an EVA sample with your application details, and follow our material notes for more inquiry and export-packing checklists.
